Understanding Tracking Statuses
- Label Created / Shipment Information Received
- The carrier has been notified and a shipping label has been prepared. The package is not yet in transit.
- Picked Up / In Transit
- The package has been collected by the carrier and is on its way to the destination.
- Out for Delivery
- The package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered to your address that day.
- Delivered
- The package has been delivered to the specified address. If the status shows delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, with building management, or neighbors).
