Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personalized items or opened stationery sets may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items typically cannot be returned:
- Gift cards or downloadable digital content.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
