Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Destinations
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your items. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. All prices on our site are exclusive of shipping fees and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authorities.
Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. NicheNib is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
NicheNib is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. For any issues with delivery, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details.
